Our organic Flat Iron steaks are perfect for grilling or searing in cast iron on the stove. They've got a rich beefy flavor and heaps of tenderness. A thinner steak that takes less time to cook than some of the more well known cuts and is sure to please.
Our steak prices are by the pound. We will select and package by weight and get it as close to the pound as possible. We might go a little over, but we won't go under the amount you purchase.
